Company Profile

Erongo Energy Limited (Erongo) is an Australian based company exploring for uranium in Namibia. The company’s principal activity is the exploration of its highly prospective uranium projects in mid central Namibia. Namibia has a long history of exploration and mining of uranium and is currently the world’s fifth largest producer of uranium, mostly from Rio Tinto’s Rossing Mine.

At the Erongo Granites project (which covers 312 sq kms) the Company is targeting intrusive style granite-hosted uranium deposits. Initial results received to date have confirmed the presence of near surface uranium mineralization and the potential for the project to host large tonnage, low grade uranium resources amenable to open pit mining.

At the Spitskoppe project (which covers 505 sq kms) the Company is targeting secondary calcrete-hosted mineralisation as well as granite-hosted mineralization.

Erongo’s Board has substantial experience in mineral project identification, evaluation, acquisition and exploration in Africa.
